What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm, check-out by 10 am. For different times, contact Maria Teresa: she will do her best to accommodate you.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Payment by bank transfer: 30% deposit at booking and balance 14 days before arrival. Full refund for cancellations at least 30 days before check-in; 50% refund between 14 and 30 days; no refund less than 14 days before arrival.
Do I need a car? Where can I park?
You can explore Ortigia on foot. A car is useful for trips around southeastern Sicily. Parking options are within walking distance; ask the host about access rules and the best option before arriving.
Is the apartment suitable for families?
Yes. Suite18 sleeps up to four, with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. Baby equipment and toys are available. A weekly change of bed and bath linens is included.
